13th Management Meeting on 2 November 2023 at the National University of Battambang, Battambang province, Cambodia with more than 20 participants from the university partners attending this meeting. The main topics of the meeting was:

• Discussing the agenda for the next trip to Zagreb, Croatia, which will be organized from 11 to 15 December 2023; workshop on design thinking and business plan for start-ups, pitching skills and promotion channels, student competition (10 groups of students from 5 universities) and study visit to local relevant stakeholders;
• Discussing the closing event in Lao PDR which will be organized from 8 to 14 January 2024.
